The canonical order

Season 1 — Kimetsu no Yaiba
This is where the story begins. You will not be lost if you start here — everything you need to understand the world is introduced in the first episode.
What you can skip
For Demon Slayer, there is very little true filler. The entries marked OPTIONAL can be skipped on a first watch without losing the plot, but they add character context that enriches later arcs.
